The optimum sweats women can use are fleece sweatshirts. Fleece sweat shirts and sweat pants are awesome because fleece sweatshirts feel extra soft, they are lightweight and they wick sweat. thus while working out or jogging, the sweats provide excellent moisture management. All cotton sweatshirts are know to absorb water leaving you wet and soggy. _________________ sweatshirts
