We do have a Member List for this site showing the member name. That is all fine but that is Members for this site.

I would like to see a Morcane Roster listing each Morcane with respective title or position. All on one post... one page. Stickie it.

Also, a Prospect List could be used to actively track prospective members and help organize and coordinate our recruiting. Stickie this also. Earlier, I was able to group up Radra with Raziel and several prospects. This is invaluable as a recruiting tool. I believe if Radra could see that we are actively recruiting a certain Drow, then she could concentrate on that one more. That saves a lot of work for me and potentially benefits the house by bringing in more members.

For example, if we make a Prospect List as a post, others could add posts stating what prospect to look for or which one should drop off. The Prospect List could be updated from those posts. Player name and Character name would be good. If a Drow joins another house, they would drop off the list. There can even be a section for inactive prospects.

I also propose selecting a first daughter, second daughter and even third daughter to assist with interacting with these prospects and grouping them with our members and our other prospects. The daughters would be invaluable from a recruiting point of view. As a daughter, when you log on, just make a point of checking for prospects, saying "hi" and trying to group with them or group them with our members. Since we are all Morcanes, jalukul can recruit too... could have similar less prestigous positions for jalukul. I would like to be able to edit the Prospect List.

Currently, we have several members who have been accepted as members but who have not had the name change. This can be denoted on the Prospect List also or they can be immediately moved to the Morcane Roster. When we get more organized with a wand to change names and issue keys, this sort of problem should be rare.

In this post we started the house's charges assigment some time ago.

I think we have already the weaponmaster, archmage, 1 daughter, guard captain, warrior of the temple, shawdow jabbres charges taken.
